Civil society synthesis report from 39 Countries on successor framework to the MDGs by Beyond 2015 & agencies 1:50am 2nd Aug, 2013 Beyond 2015 is a global civil society campaign, pushing for a strong and legitimate successor framework to the Millennium Development Goals. The campaign is built on a diverse, global base. It ranges from small community based organisations to international NGOs, academics and trade unions. A founding principle of the campaign is that it is a partnership between civil society organisations from the ‘North’ and the ‘South’ – bringing together groups from developing, emerging and developed economies. The campaign brings together around 800 organisations from over the world. The Beyond 2015, GCAP, IFP’s programme of national deliberations has just released the full synthesis report of the deliberations which took place in over 30 countries. Since September 2012, Beyond 2015, the Global Call to Action Against Poverty (GCAP) and the International Forum of National NGO Platforms (IFP) have been convening national, regional, and community civil society deliberations in 39 countries in Europe, Latin America, Africa, and Asia.
